OpsWatch enables real-time monitoring of low-frequency shock and vibration to identify these changes when they happen. The system provides alerts when vibration is outside of the normal range and has the capability to stream condition-based data through WiFi communication.
Vibration and shock monitoring is an integral part of machine condition monitoring programs. All equipment that has belts, gears, bearings, drive motors, and other moving components has a “normal” range of vibration during operating cycles. Change in equipment vibration serves as an early warning of a decline in operating function and signals the need for maintenance to avoid more serious faults and/or failure. OpsWatch allows you to improve the performance and safety of your equipment, extend its lifetime and avoid any unplanned downtime and maintenance.

The LOG•IC Temperature Recorder is designed to be low-cost and help optimize the cold chain by alerting manufacturers, handlers and shippers when a product has been exposed to temperature conditions beyond a specified threshold. All LOG•IC units are water resistant (NEMA 4) recorders with USB in addition to integrated wireless capability that allows for fast data downloads.

SpotBot Cellular SpotBot is a standalone device that delivers tri-axial impact monitoring and tracking through cellular connectivity. It features real-time visualization through the SpotSee web based platform. You can access your data in the cloud from any web-based device. The SpotBot transmits information using cellular technology, so the unit does not require line of sight to a satellite for position or communication.

It generates accurate data on impacts up to 65G, providing more than four times (4X) the spectrum of the best competitive alternative (which captures impacts up to 16G). This range of impact monitoring is best suited for products between 100-60,000 lbs.
